As an Audit Director, you’ll play a key leadership role; driving audit quality, mentoring teams, and influencing strategic decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior audit professional seeking a platform to shape the future of a growing firm. Responsibilities include:
• Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and ISAs
• Oversee a varied client portfolio across industries, offering proactive advice beyond compliance
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development to the audit team
• Identify process improvements and enhance audit efficiency
• Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Monitor key metrics such as fee growth, recoveries, and utilisation
• Contribute to business development and help shape the firm’s strategic direction
